One of my favourite series of books is the Chronicles of Narnia by CS Lewis. Have no idea why though.

Anyway, am reading the purpose driven life lately, and well, there was this part whereby the series is quoted. Hmmm.. Ponder me ponder.

In the magician's nephew, the creation of Narnia by Aslan reminds me of God's creation of the world. He is God's son in the story anyway.

Then in The Lion, The Witch and The Waredrobe. His death for edmund, the traitor. Jesus's death for mankind, sinners. Aslan's resurrection. Jesus's resurrection.

In The Last Battle. It reminds me of Revelations. The battle between Good and Evil. Then when all in Narnia was destroyed, the pathway to the new world was shown. God's kingdom come. Then those who still believed in Narnia get to go to the new world while Susan who grew out of it didnt. Believers and non believers.

That's just my way of thinking. Maybe i'm thinking too much. Overly imaginative. Dont come slamming me. I'm just an innocent and naiive child with not much knowledge either ways. =)

Was at changi sailing club just now with karen, carisa, anna and yanjia. Doing cip by helping the handicap sailors with some stuff.

We urmx. Did not take jovin's advice to "take mrt to tampines then transfer take bus 29"

Instead, we took bus 2 to changi village and ended up outside changi sea sports club. Woopee. Anyway, so we walked out. Around. Yada. And could not find. *sigh* So we did what normal people would've done and flagged a cab. =)

In the end, guess what ? Sailing club ? It's the second last stop for september camp nightwalk last year, you know, the one before we went to the old army barracks. *Sigh*

All in all, think it's a rather easy job. If not for the moving of boats and the 30kg weight, yea. But still better payout than the regular flag day. Getting 4-5 hours. Jovin's helping us request for transport time. =)

Looking forward to next sunday. Hope to learn something new and get to know them better. x)

Doesnt hurt that one of the guys there is quite cute. Heehz.

Jovin's brother, Kevin is "the gangster of changi sailing club". Hahaha. But he's like damn cute lor.
